We cannot express enough the importance of thoroughly proof reading your final drafts. You are responsible for any errors after approving the final drafts.

We want your invitations to be PERFECT! Thanks for your attention, and for helping us meet this deadline for you!

THE DESIGN FEE and APPROVING YOUR DRAFTS

There is a design fee for all invitation styles, which is for the time spent designing the printed part of your invitation and reply card. This fee is is $75, whether you order 25 or 500 invitations. If you do not need reply cards, this fee is $50. The design fee on mini announcements is $30; for thank you notes, $15.

Please have your wording (invitation, reply card, reply address, and any other card), font choice/color and flourish choice/color to our designer, Dana, at design@twistedlimbpaper.com at least three weeks before your ship date. Keep in mind that you can choose 2 font colors if you'd like-- one for most of the text, and another for highlights--your names and the graphic and/or the date or a quotation. Also, matching the highlighted font and graphic color to the flower inclusions in your paper and/or bow-material ties the design together.

THE FIRST DRAFT:
You will receive two different initial drafts of your invitation (presented side by side in one document.) You will also receive one draft of your reply card, address, and any other additional card, mini announcement, or thank you note ordered. These will be sent via e-mail as PDF attachments, unless you request otherwise.

THE FINAL DRAFT:
Please review these drafts carefully. Before sending in any request for changes, spend some time thinking exactly how you want each design to look. Our designer, Dana, will create only one final draft (per item-invite, reply, address, hotels, directions, etc.) from your comments and send them to you via e-mail for your written approval. Labor for any changes made after the final draft has been sent to you will be billed at $60/hour.

Also, if you cannot open the PDF files, or cannot see the correct font or flourish, please let us know and your files will be sent some other way. If you are unsure about a font, please compare it with the sample printed in our catalog.

Remember that we need your approval of the final draft at least one week (2 weeks if you've ordered artistically hand printed addresses) before your ship date in order to complete your order on time.

If you would like us to scan and use a graphic of your own, there is an additional $15 fee. If you would like to use a photo in your design, there is an additional $25 fee. The design fee on a one sided hotel/direction card is $17.50, $35 for a two sided card.
