In the Newsletter Fundraising Program, your organization promotes the fundraiser, Twisted Limb’s handmade 100% recycled paper,
and your fundraising goals with an article and order form in your newsletter. Get the word out there by announcing the fundraiser
on your website or other marketing materials, too! We share the printing costs of the order forms with your organization by
providing the first 200 free. Your group representative will receive a Representative Information Packet with all of the
information necessary to complete a successful fundraiser. Your supporters fill out the form with their purchase, sales to their
friends and family, and mail their order and payment directly to your organization.

We provide:*
A two sided flier/order form printed in color on 100% PCW recycled PCF cardstock for each one of your members, customized with the following:
Your logo or group name
Your organization’s mission, and how the raised funds will be used
Your organization’s financial goals, and the fundraising goal per individual member (optional)
The name and contact information of the fundraising representative
A Representative Information Packet, customized with an easy to follow timeline of responsibilities for your group’s fundraising rep.
An Excel spreadsheet for your representative. This is a self calculating master order form and invoice for easy record keeping and ordering.
You include a short article in your newsletter, explaining Twisted Limb Paperworks, the fundraiser, your fundraising goals, and how you will be using proceeds from the sale.
You supporters mail in their completed order forms (that they’ve also shared with a friend or neighbor) with a check to your organization until a given deadline.
A volunteer totals the orders, and calls in one collective order to Twisted Limb Paperworks.
You keep 40% for your group, and send us the rest.
We ship the order on a pre-determined date.
Volunteers sort and organize the collective order into each supporter’s individual order.
Your supporters stop by your office on a given day, and pick up their order.
*We provide up to 200 complimentary order forms. If more are needed, they can be purchased for .15 each.
This amount should be added on to the check you send us at the end of the fundraiser.
