We create our vivid handmade paper colors using whatever old colored papers we can save from going to the landfill. We mix various shades of office paper with grocery bags, cardboard boxes, worn out file folders, or grass from our field in the same way you would mix paint to get new colors. While we have developed very consistent recipes and sources of recycled paper over the years, the exact shades of paper that are available to recycled can’t always be guaranteed. Because of this, we can only approximate the colors here, and not match colors used in your celebration. Expect variation! Recycling is our mission. You are really choosing the idea of a color, more than something exact. Thank you for your understanding. There may also be slight variations in color from invitation to invitation. This is part of the beauty, originality, and eco-consciousness of our work. We encourage you to request color swatches if you are unsure about certain colors.
